The Tazewell County estimate has come back much higher than expected. The road and finance committees are working to come up with options and determine what our next move might be. Informational meetings will be held in the near future. ~Rodney

  • Would you like to make a difference? The Conservation Committee is looking for Volunteers. For more information contact Dave Riggert 359-8337 or Bill Schaumburg 359-8251.
  • SNOW REMOVAL - BEING PREPARED We are asking everyone to remove their basketball hoops from all cul de sacs to make it easier for the plow drivers to plow and also so your basketball hoop doesn’t get damaged. When the snow does fly vehicles also need to be removed from cul de sacs and roadsides. Thanks for your assistance

2012 FEE SCHEDULES are posted.
We take care in preparing the statements and verify that one has been sent to each property owner. Once the statements leave the office, there is no way to verify that they reach their destination. Please take note of the due dates.  Statements are sent 3-4 weeks prior to those dates. If you have not received a statement, please notify us.  Non-receipt of a statement is not considered a valid excuse for not paying timely and late fees will still be added to your account. Put the dates on your calendar. It is your responsibility.

Vacation Patrol Request
If you are planning a vacation or a lengthy stay in another climate, the office has a form that you can complete that alerts the Tazewell County Sheriff’s Department of your absence.  The form is now on the website under “”. 

You’ll have to print it off, fill it out and get it to the office.  There, Randy Davis is contacted and he picks up the form and gets it to the right place.
