The process and the rules are same as last year.  We will wait to see how many teams register this year to determine if we will need a second night or not.

1. Complete this registration form & email it back to sarahjstalzer@gmail.com by Friday, May 13th 2011. Only teams that have their registration form in by May 13th will be scheduled to play. NO EXCEPTIONS THIS YEAR!
2. Each participant MUST SIGN the WAIVER PRIOR TO TAKING THE COURT.
3. Return the signed Waver(s) and $80 team fees to Sarah Stalzer on the season start date. Make checks payable to Sarah Stalzer and not Heritage Lake...not kidding.
4. Season start date will be May 18th. Some teams will not play on opening night if the league exceeds 12 teams. If needed we will be playing on Thursdays as well. It will all depend on the number of teams registered.
